My Path to Photography
Every story has a beginning - mine started with curiosity, creativity, and a love for the beauty hidden in everyday life.
It feels like it all began with music - sounds that made me imagine, dream, and see the world differently. Then I became fascinated by drawing, which pulled me into a world of color, light, and shadows.
After graduating from university, in 2008 I got my first DSLR camera - and that’s when my journey into the world of photography began.
I love capturing genuine emotions, life, relationships, and the beauty of people - the way colors blend, the way light creates depth, the way a single glance can tell a story.
I can say with confidence that photography isn’t just my craft - it’s my life. Seeing the frame, the color, the emotion, and preserving that beauty through my lens brings me true joy. I love what I do.
From the streets of Paris to the shores of the Seychelles, photography has carried me across the world - capturing stories of love, beauty, and connection in places like France, Hungary, Portugal, Greece, Georgia, Italy, Uzbekistan, Russia, and the United States.
In recent years, I’ve held several solo and group exhibitions across Europe and the U.S., where my photography explored human connection, culture, and the poetry of everyday life.

Today I am based in Houston, Texas - a city full of life, light, and stories waiting to be told.
I photograph couples and families across Greater Houston and its nearby suburbs, as well as along the beautiful Gulf Coast - from Galveston to Surfside Beach.
My work includes family, maternity, engagement, proposal, elopement, and portrait sessions - each designed to capture emotion, connection, and the beauty of real life.
I’m always open to travel sessions across other states, creating stories in new places that hold meaning for you.
I believe that beautiful photography begins with trust and peace of mind.
That’s why I work with a simple, secure online contract that you can view and sign right from your phone - quick, clear, and effortless. During each session, my cameras record every image to dual memory systems, protecting your photos in case of possible technical issues. Afterward, I store all files on multiple physical and cloud backups, keeping them safe for you. Your memories are important - and I treat them with the same care as I do my work itself.
I can’t imagine my life without music - it’s everywhere: at home, in the car, in my head. And if we meet for a studio photoshoot, you’ll probably hear my playlist too - a mix of Tayler, Arctic Monkeys, David Bowie, Blonde Redhead, Jungle, Ariel Pink, and many others that set the right mood for creativity.
My day always starts with coffee - drip or pour-over, no sugar or cream, just pure flavor. You can often find me in my favorite Houston coffee spots like DUO, Tenfold, Slowpokes, or Della, enjoying that first cup of the day.
I’m a night owl - I work best when the city slows down. So if you ever get your signed contract from me late at night, don’t be surprised - that’s just when I feel a special kind of energy.
Art is another part of who I am. I’ve always been drawn to impressionism - especially the works of Henri Matisse. Every month, you can find me wandering through the Fine Art Museum of Houston, soaking in colors, textures, and inspiration that later find their way into my photographs.
I speak both English and Russian, love meeting people, and feel grateful to have friends all around the world - on every continent of our beautiful planet.
And yes, I’m a big fan of the United States - I honestly think the American flag is the most beautiful in the world!
